Between now and Christmas (December 25, 2007), we are running a special promotion:  Anyone who purchases holiday gifts from HiltonBigM.com totaling $100.00 or more will be entered into a special drawing for a totally free $25.00 Hilton Big M Gift Card.

The drawing will be held on or about December 27, 2007, and will include any person who has made qualifying online purchases at HiltonBigM.com during the program period.  Online purchasers will qualify for one entry per every $100.00 in online purchases with no limit.  For instance, if you spend a total of $200.00 online at HiltonBigM.com, you’ve doubled your chances of winning!

Qualifying Purchases

In order to qualify for our drawing, you must purchase any of the following items online at HiltonBigM.com before December 25, 2007.  To be selected as a winner you must have a total of $100.00 or more in online purchases during the program period.

Official Rules

1)  Any adult eighteen years of age or older can participate in this promotion, subject to the rules contained herein, by making online purchases of holiday gift merchandise at HiltonBigM.com during the promotional period.

2)  A contestant can increase his or her chances of winning by increasing the total amount of purchases made online during the program period.  Contestants will be entered in the drawing once for every $100.00 in online purchases without limit.

3)  The purpose of this drawing is to promote our recently-launched online holiday gift shopping available at HiltonBigM.com - Therefore, yes, a purchase is required to participate, and the more purchases a contestant makes the better the odds of winning.

4)  This promotion is being administered by Redfield Associates, our Web development company.  As such, all Hilton Big M employees are eligible to participate in the promotion.  However, direct employees of Redfield Associates are not eligible.

5)  One lucky winner will be chosen from among all verified entrants on or about December 27, 2007.  The winner will receive one (1) $25.00 Hilton Big M gift card and will be notified using the same email address provided when the purchases were made.

6)  Upon notification, the winner will be invited to claim his or her prize in person at Furnal's Hilton Big M Market, 98 South Avenue, Hilton, New York during normal business hours.  The prize must be claimed and picked up within 30 days of notification.  Hilton Big M may make a special accommodation for a winner if he or she lives outside a fifty-mile radius of Hilton, New York.

7)  According to our general policy regarding online purchases, Hilton Big M may request and require positive identification before processing any online transaction.  The same applies equally to the contest winner and any prize claim made on his or her behalf.

8)  Neither Hilton Big M nor Redfield Associates will be responsible for misdirected, unopened, or unread email notification.

9)  The odds of winning will depend on the total number of bona fide contest entries generated by all online purchasers during the promotion period.

10)  In the event of any misunderstanding or dispute, the decision of Redfield Associates, working in conjunction with Hilton Big M staff and management, will be final.
